Quality Food Centers is seeking an efficient e-Commerce Order Selector to assemble online orders with a focus on freshness and quality. You will read shelf tags, process payments, and ready orders for pickup, while delivering excellent customer service and following company guidelines.

Responsibilities include loading orders into customers’ cars, handling substitutions, and maintaining clean staging areas. Experience in fast-paced retail/warehouse environments is a plus.

Competenze

• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Ability to work without supervision.
• Experience in a production/warehouse environment is a plus.
• Strong customer-service mindset and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Select and gather products for on-line orders with attention to freshness and quality.
• Process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars at pickup.
• Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping.
• Store products in optimal temperature zones and ensure order accuracy.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup time.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Follow food safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Learn and adapt to new and improved processes and assist in training new team members.
