Responsibilities

• Verify product and order accuracy through quality control processes.
• Learn product knowledge, customer service standards, and store operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Keep staging area organized and free of clutter.
• Handle in-store and online order returns and pickups.
• Comply with age verification and other regulatory requirements.
• Assist customers and provide store information.
• Maintain knowledge of products and promotions.

• Attend daily huddles and leadership meetings.
