Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Master’s degree in nutrition or a related field.
• Experience in higher education or academic administration.
• Experience coordinating meetings or events.
• Interest in nutrition, health sciences, or higher education.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, and launch of the online MS program.
• Maintain development timelines, project plans, deliverables, launch-readiness checklists.
• Coordinate syllabi, objectives, assessments, readings, multimedia materials.
• Support course development, LMS configuration, and production of lectures.
• Review course sites for accuracy and accessibility; assist with orientation materials.
• Provide admin support to the MS Program Director, including calendar management.
• Prepare correspondence, agendas, presentations, and reports; track action items.
• Assist with admissions, recruitment, and yield activities including info sessions.
• Support daily administration of the online learning environment; ensure resources are available.
• Coordinate with faculty to resolve course-delivery issues.
