Job summary

Columbia University is seeking an Online MS Program Assistant to provide administrative, programmatic, and operational support for the online MS in Human Nutrition. Before launch, you will assist with curriculum coordination, course development, LMS preparation, faculty support, and launch readiness activities.

After launch, the role focuses on student and faculty communications, online learning support, virtual event coordination, student engagement, and daily operations for the MS Program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Support program leadership, faculty, and partners in designing and launching the online MS program.
• Maintain timelines, plans, and launch-readiness checklists.
• Coordinate syllabi, learning objectives, assessments, readings, and course content.
• Assist with LMS configuration and course development.
• Support admissions, recruitment, and information sessions.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience

Master’s degree in nutrition or related field
