Job summary

Binghamton University, State University of New York, seeks an Administrator of Online Learning and Professional Development to help expand Watson College's online programs and workforce education.

You will lead development of credit-bearing and non-credit programs, supervise staff, collaborate with college leadership and industry partners, and ensure instructional design quality across online and hybrid offerings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of not-for-credit courses and micro-credential development.
• Oversee quality of online and hybrid programs, LMS operations, accessibility, and assessment.
• Recruit, train, and supervise instructional support staff and graduate assistants.
• Collaborate with industry to identify skill gaps and develop online/blended programs.
• Assist with outreach, recruitment, and marketing for programs.
• Build relationships with partners and report on outcomes.
• Assist with grant writing for program support.
