Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least four years of experience in higher education, industry outreach, or related field.
• Experience managing projects and developing online programs.
• Experience applying instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, backwards design).
• Experience in supervisory or team leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new not-for-credit courses and assist with micro-credential development.
• Oversee quality of online and hybrid programs and manage LMS operations.
• Recruit, train, and supervise instructional support staff and GA/graduate assistants.
• Collaborate with industry to identify skill gaps and develop targeted online programs.
• Support outreach, marketing, and recruitment efforts for programs.
