Job summary

Billy Graham Evangelistic Association is seeking a Learning Content & LMS Specialist in Charlotte, NC. You will own the online learning lifecycle for the Internet Evangelism department, developing and maintaining courses in multiple languages and collaborating with subject matter experts to deliver impactful training and evangelistic content.

You will apply adult learning principles, manage course development across teams, and coordinate with Technology for LMS implementation and testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education technology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience developing online courses through full lifecycle including design, development, evaluation, maintenance, retirement.
• Proficiency with Moodle or similar LMS for course creation, publishing, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Owns the online learning discipline and course lifecycle within the department.
• Collaborates with language managers, ministry leaders, and subject matter experts to develop multilingual courses.
• Applies instructional design and adult learning principles to create effective course experiences.
• Manages multiple course-development projects with timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinates with Communications and Technology on content reviews, approvals, and LMS implementation.
