Job summary

Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business Executive Education is seeking an Online Learning Manager to support the LEAD program. The role combines coordination of live sessions, LMS administration, and faculty collaboration to ensure a high-quality online learning experience.

You will work in a small team, supporting ~3–4 courses per quarter, with on-site requirements at Stanford a minimum of 2 days per week. The budgeted salary range reflects mid to senior level responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication, both written and oral, with faculty and participants.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and produce live sessions (interactive webinars) for courses.
  • Facilitate weekly teaching team calls to align on delivery.
  • Provide first-line participant technical support and LMS troubleshooting.
  • Update course content in the LMS and manage release dates and iterations.
  • Prepare and maintain course rosters, gradebooks, and weekly notes.
  • Debrief with faculty after quarters to plan updates and timelines.
