Our agency is looking for self-motivated, self-managing salespeople who excel independently and require minimal supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money and unable to purchase their own leads
• Agents who need hand-holding at every step
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachable individuals with a large ego

Who We Are Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information
• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month
• Self-driven agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation

We partner with top lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket products such as IUL, IBC, and FIA. Our business is conducted entirely virtually via phone or Zoom, focusing on high-value policies rather than traditional, low-premium life insurance products.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums. We do not participate in lead assistance programs, but we offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team with more qualified agents.
