High End Insurance Sales Agency Hiring Top-Tier Agents

We are a high-end insurance sales agency looking for self-motivated, self-managing top-tier salespeople who don't need hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money or unable to buy their own leads
• Agents who need constant guidance and hand-holding
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information
• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month
• Agents who are ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, selling high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We operate entirely through virtual meetings (telephone/Zoom) and do not sell traditional or low-premium policies.

Our agents typically spend $1,000-$1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are expanding our team and are looking for more dedicated agents.
