High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel independently and are confident in their abilities.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money out of desperation

• Agents who cannot afford their own leads to generate sales

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month)

• Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information

• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We do not sell traditional life insurance, final expense, or mortgage protection policies; our focus is on high-value clients.

All sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom, with agents typically investing $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team of high-performing agents.
