High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel in a high-end insurance environment. If you are independent and driven, this opportunity is for you.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money out of desperation.

• Agents who cannot invest in their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Uncoachable agents or those with a large ego who are not open to training.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients.

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies, with our average client paying over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We do not sell traditional low-premium life insurance products like final expense or mortgage protection. All our sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating premiums between $7,000 and $15,000.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are expanding our team and invite driven agents to join us.
