High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel independently and are committed to success.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money and overly reliant on quick gains.

• Agents unable to invest in their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Uncoachable agents or those with a large ego who resist growth.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively connect with clients.

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies, with clients paying over $250/month.

• Self-driven agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly in leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team of high-end agents.
