High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top-Tier Salespeople

We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who thrive independently and are committed to success.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need immediate income due to desperation.

• Agents unable to invest in their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents requiring hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Uncoachable individuals with a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information.

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We are NOT your traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. We operate entirely through virtual meetings (telephone and Zoom).

Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads and generate between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not offer lead assistance programs. Instead, we provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.
