High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing salespeople who excel in a high-end insurance environment and require minimal supervision.

Who We ARE NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money and needing immediate financial results.

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding throughout the sales process.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients.

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies, with clients paying over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system that works.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products like indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We do not sell traditional life insurance, final expense, or mortgage protection policies. Our business is conducted entirely virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

On average, our agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
