High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing salespeople who excel at working independently and are committed to success.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate financial gratification.

• Agents who cannot invest in their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require constant guidance and hand-holding.

• Agents interested in selling low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Uncoachable individuals with a large ego who are not open to growth.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Competent communicators who can effectively articulate the value of our offerings.

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium products, with our average client paying over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system that works without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not your traditional life insurance company; we focus on high-value policies rather than traditional life, final expense, or mortgage protection policies.

All sales are conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom, across the US.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more dedicated agents.
