High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Agents

We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who thrive without constant oversight.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

1. Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate income.

2. Agents who cannot purchase their own leads to generate sales.

3. Agents who require hand-holding throughout the sales process.

4. Agents interested in selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

5. Uncoachable agents or those with a large ego who are not open to guidance.

Who We ARE Looking For:

1. Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information.

2. Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month.

3. Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Infinite Banking Concept (IBC), and Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIA).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are actively seeking more agents to join our team.
