High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel in a high-end insurance environment. This opportunity is not suitable for those who require extensive hand-holding or are not prepared to invest in their success.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

1. Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate financial results.

2. Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

3. Agents who require constant supervision and guidance.

4. Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

5. Uncoachable individuals with a large ego who are not open to training and feedback.

Who We ARE Looking For:

1. Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively connect with clients.

2. Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month.

3. Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We do not sell traditional life insurance products like final expense or mortgage protection, nor do we focus on low-premium policies. All sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. We are expanding our team and seeking dedicated agents.
