High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Performers

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel independently and are driven to succeed without needing hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:
  • Agents who are desperate to make money.

  • Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

  • Agents who require constant guidance and support.

  • Agents interested in selling low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

  • Agents who are uncoachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:
  • Competent agents with strong communication skills.

  • Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies, with clients paying over $250/month.

  • Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system.

Our company partners with leading lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. Our business is conducted entirely virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly in leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not offer lead assistance programs. Instead, we provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
