High End Insurance Sales Agency Seeking Top-Tier Agents

We are a high-end insurance sales agency looking for motivated, self-managed salespeople who can work independently without needing hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money or unable to purchase their own leads
• Agents who require constant supervision or hand-holding
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We Are Looking For:

• Competent, articulate agents who communicate effectively
• Agents comfortable selling high-premium policies (average over $250/month)
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with top lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket products such as IUL, IBC, and FIA. We operate entirely through virtual meetings via phone or Zoom, focusing on high-value clients.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums. We do not participate in lead assist programs, but we offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.
