High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and independent.

Who We Are

We are a high-end insurance sales agency, not seeking agents who are desperate, unable to buy leads, or require hand-holding. We focus on premium products and experienced, coachable agents.

Who We Are Looking For

• Competent, articulate agents who communicate effectively.
• Agents comfortable with high premiums, averaging over $250/month per client.
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We operate entirely virtually via phone or Zoom, with agents typically investing $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premium.

We do not participate in lead assist programs, but we offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more capable agents.
