High End Insurance Sales Agency Hiring Top-Tier Agents

We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking self-motivated, self-managed salespeople who can operate independently without hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money with no sales track record
• Agents unable to purchase their own leads
• Agents needing constant guidance
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Agents with large egos and uncoachable attitudes

Who We Are Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information
• Agents comfortable with high premiums (average over $250/month)
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products like indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We do not focus on traditional life insurance products such as final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
