High End Insurance Sales Agency - Join Our Elite Team

We are seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without constant supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate income.

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in selling low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Agents who are uncoachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents with strong communication skills and professionalism.

• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month when you know what you're doing.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, offering products such as high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling standard policies like final expense or mortgage protection. Our focus is on high-value policies.

All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings across the US.

Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads and generate between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium.

We do not offer lead assistance programs. We have high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more top-performing agents.
