High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Performers

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who thrive without constant supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

1. Agents desperate to make money, needing immediate financial relief.

2. Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads.

3. Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

4. Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

5. Uncoachable agents or those with a large ego who are not open to training.

Who We ARE Looking For:

1. Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients.

2. Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies, with clients paying over $250/month.

3. Self-motivated individuals ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. We are looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
