High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and don't need hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who NEED to make money urgently and are desperate.

• Agents who CANNOT buy their own leads to make sales.

• Agents who NEED hand-holding every step of the way.

• Agents who sell low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• People who are NOT coachable and have a big ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents who speak well and communicate effectively.

• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.

• Agents who are self-motivated and ready to follow a proven system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL (indexed universal life), IBC (infinite banking concept), and FIA (fixed indexed annuities).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

We conduct 100% of our business through virtual sales via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our average agent invests $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales.

We do NOT offer lead assistance programs. We have high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We simply need more high-performing agents.
