High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel in a high-end insurance environment. Our ideal agents are independent, confident, and ready to follow a proven system without requiring hand-holding.

Who We ARE NOT Looking For:
  • Agents desperate to make money and needing immediate financial results

  • Agents who cannot afford their own leads to generate sales

  • Agents needing constant guidance and support

  • Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month)

  • Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:
  • Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients

  • Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies, with clients paying over $250/month

  • Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven, effective system

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We do not sell traditional life insurance, final expense, or mortgage protection policies.

All sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom, with an average weekly lead investment of $1,000 to $1,500, resulting in premiums between $7,000 and $15,000.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are expanding our team and looking for more high-caliber agents.
