High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top-Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel independently and are ready to succeed in a high-end insurance environment.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate financial relief.

• Agents who cannot invest in their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in low premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Agents who are uncoachable or have a large ego that impedes growth.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who can effectively articulate and sell high-end products.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies, with clients paying over $250/month.

• Self-motivated individuals eager to follow a proven system without requiring external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not participate in lead assist programs. Instead, we offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources to high-end agents. We are looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
