High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top-Tier Sales Professionals

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales agents who excel in a high-end insurance environment and do not require hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money, needing immediate cash flow.

• Agents unable to invest in their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require constant supervision and guidance.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Uncoachable agents with a large ego who are not open to training.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients.

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies, with clients paying over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without requiring external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are distinct from traditional life insurance companies; we focus on high-value policies rather than traditional life, final expense, or mortgage protection policies.

All our sales are conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom meetings across the US.

Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not operate lead assist programs; instead, we offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.
