High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel independently and are ready to thrive in a high-end insurance environment.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate income.

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in selling low premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium products, averaging over $250/month per client.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Infinite Banking Concept (IBC), and Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIA).

We are NOT your traditional life insurance company selling standard policies like final expense or mortgage protection. Our focus is on high-value clients across the US, conducting 100% of our sales virtually via phone or Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team with more top-tier agents.
