Overview

We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For
  • Agents desperate to make money, unable to buy their own leads
  • Agents who require constant guidance and hand-holding
  • Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
  • Agents who are uncoachable or have a large ego
Who We ARE Looking For
  • Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information
  • Agents comfortable selling high-premium policies (average over $250/month)
  • Agents who are motivated and ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation
Our Offerings
  • Partnerships with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products like IUL, IBC, and FIA
  • Focus on high-value, virtual sales (telephone and Zoom meetings)
  • Average weekly lead investment of $1,000 to $1,500, with agents generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums
  • High starting contracts and a proven training system
  • Trusted lead sources used by all our high-end agents
