We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated and self-managing, able to operate independently without hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For

• Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate
• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales
• Agents who require constant guidance and hand-holding
• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego

Who We Are Looking For

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information
• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation

About Our Company

We partner with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

Unlike traditional life insurance companies, we focus on high-value policies rather than low-premium products like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom across the US.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not participate in lead assist programs, but we offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.
