Job Description: High End Insurance Sales Agent

We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without needing hand-holding.

Who We Are Not Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money and unable to buy their own leads
• Agents who require constant guidance and hand-holding
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Agents with a large ego and not coachable

Who We Are Looking For:

• Competent agents with good communication skills
• Agents comfortable selling high-premium policies (average over $250/month)
• Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, offering products like high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA. We do not sell traditional life insurance or low-premium policies. All sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating premiums between $7,000 and $15,000. We do not participate in lead assist programs, but we do offer high starting contracts, proven training systems, and trusted lead sources. We are expanding our team and looking for committed agents to join us.
