High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and independent.

Who We Are

We are not looking for agents who are desperate to make money, cannot buy their own leads, or need hand-holding every step of the way. We seek professional, coachable agents who are ready to follow a proven system and sell high-ticket insurance products.

Who We Are Looking For

• Agents who are competent, articulate, and effective communicators.
• Agents comfortable with high premiums, with our average client paying over $250/month.
• Agents who are self-motivated and ready to follow our established system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, offering products such as IUL, IBC, and FIA. We operate exclusively through virtual meetings (phone/Zoom) and focus on high-ticket sales.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums. We do not participate in lead assist programs and offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.
