We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and independent.

• Agents who are eager to earn money and are highly motivated.
• Agents who can independently purchase their own leads to make sales.
• Agents who are self-driven and do not require hand-holding at every step.
• We are not interested in agents selling low-premium policies (e.g., $30-$70/month).
• We prefer agents who are coachable, humble, and open to growth.

Our Ideal Agent

• Competent, articulate, and effective communicators.
• Comfortable discussing high-premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month.
• Self-motivated and ready to follow a proven system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Infinite Banking Concept (IBC), and Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIA).

We do not sell traditional life insurance products like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not operate lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
