High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel in a high-end insurance environment. This opportunity is ideal for agents who are confident, independent, and ready to follow a proven system without requiring hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate financial results.

• Agents who cannot invest in their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require constant supervision and guidance.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Uncoachable agents or those with a large ego who are not open to training.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively connect with clients.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven, effective system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, offering products such as high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not your traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our sales are conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
