High End Insurance Sales Agency Opportunity

We are seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate income.

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Uncoachable agents or those with a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents with excellent communication skills.

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month.

• Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We do not sell traditional life insurance or low-premium policies.

All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings. Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more capable agents.
