High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top-Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who thrive in a high-end insurance environment and do not require hand-holding.

Who We ARE NOT Looking For:

1. Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate income.

2. Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

3. Agents who require constant guidance and hand-holding.

4. Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

5. Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

1. Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients.

2. Confident agents comfortable discussing high premiums, with our average client paying over $250/month.

3. Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT your traditional life insurance provider selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings across the US.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not participate in lead assistance programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.

We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
