High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing salespeople who excel at working independently and are committed to success.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money who require constant hand-holding.

• Agents unable or unwilling to invest in their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who need supervision at every step.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Uncoachable agents with a large ego and resistance to feedback.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively articulate value.

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium products, with clients typically paying over $250/month.

• Self-motivated individuals willing to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our sales are conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom across the US.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not operate a lead assist program. Instead, we offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source.
