High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel at working independently and are driven to succeed in high-end insurance sales.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who NEED to make money urgently or are desperate.

• Agents who CANNOT afford their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who REQUIRE hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively articulate ideas.

• Confident agents comfortable discussing high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT your traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom.

Our agents typically spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. We are simply looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
