High End Insurance Sales Agency - Join Our Elite Team

We are seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without constant supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate income.

• Agents who cannot invest in their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Individuals who are not coachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent, articulate agents with effective communication skills.

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium products; our average client pays over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. Instead, we operate entirely through virtual sales via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not offer lead assistance programs. We provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source for our high-end agents.

We are looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
