High End Insurance Sales Agency Opportunity

We are seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without constant supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

1. Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate income.

2. Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

3. Agents who require hand-holding at every step of the process.

4. Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

5. Individuals who are not coachable or possess a large ego that hinders growth.

Who We Are Looking For:

1. Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients.

2. Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies, with our average client paying over $250/month.

3. Self-motivated agents willing to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT your traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
