High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel independently and are confident in their abilities.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate cash flow.

• Agents who cannot invest in their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Individuals who are uncoachable or have a large ego that impedes growth.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively connect with clients.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies, with our average client paying over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow an effective, proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT your traditional life insurance company focused on selling traditional policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Typically, our agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking for more dedicated agents to join our team.
