High End Insurance Sales Agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and independent.

Who We Are

NOT looking for:

• Agents who are desperate to make money
• Agents who cannot afford their own leads
• Agents who need hand-holding at every step
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Agents who are uncoachable or have a big ego

Who We Are Looking For:

• Competent, articulate, and effective communicators
• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month
• Self-motivated agents willing to follow a proven system

Our company partners with premium lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket products such as IUL, IBC, and FIA.

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our sales are virtual (telephone/Zoom) across the US.

Our agents typically invest $1,000-$1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium.

We do not participate in lead assist programs.

We offer high starting contracts, proven training, and trusted lead sources.

We are looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
