High End Insurance Sales Agency Opportunity

We are seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without needing hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate financial gain.

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require constant guidance and hand-holding throughout the process.

• Individuals interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• People who are not coachable or have a large ego that hinders learning and growth.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents with excellent communication skills.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, specializing in high-ticket products such as Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Infinite Banking Concept (IBC), and Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIA).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling standard policies like final expense or mortgage protection; we focus on high-value clients.

All our business is conducted virtually via phone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not offer lead assistance programs; however, we provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.

We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
