High End Insurance Sales Agency Opportunity

We are seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

1. Agents who need urgent income and are desperate.

2. Agents who cannot afford their own leads to generate sales.

3. Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

4. Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

5. Individuals who are uncoachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

1. Competent agents with excellent communication skills.

2. Agents comfortable discussing high-premium products, with clients paying over $250/month.

3. Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We focus on virtual sales via telephone and Zoom, avoiding traditional low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
