High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managed sales professionals who excel in a high-end insurance environment. Our ideal agents are confident, communicative, and ready to follow a proven system without needing hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money, requiring immediate financial relief

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads

• Agents who need constant guidance and supervision

• Agents interested in selling low-premium policies ($30-$70/month)

• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent, articulate agents with effective communication skills

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium products, with clients paying over $250/month on average

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven, effective system

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and top insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We do not sell traditional life insurance, final expense, or mortgage protection policies. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. We are actively looking to expand our team with more top-tier agents.
