High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel independently and are ready to join a high-end insurance agency.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money out of desperation.

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in low premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Uncoachable agents with a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents with strong communication skills.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium products, with clients paying over $250/month.

• Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation.

Our company partners with premium lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We do not sell traditional life insurance, final expense, or mortgage protection policies. Our business is conducted entirely through virtual meetings (telephone and Zoom).

Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly in leads, generating premiums between $7,000 and $15,000.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
