High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top-Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel at working independently and are committed to success.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:
  • Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate income.

  • Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

  • Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

  • Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

  • Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:
  • Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients.

  • Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies, with clients typically paying over $250/month.

  • Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Infinite Banking Concept (IBC), and Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIA).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Average agents spend between $1,000 and $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not offer lead assist programs. Instead, we provide high-starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.

We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
