Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or appropriate substitution.
• Three years of professional experience in planning and coordinating short courses or events.
• Experience with new technologies and ADA-friendly practices.
• Experience with groups aged 50+ in classroom or committee settings.
• Proficient with PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting, vetting, and confirming volunteer speakers.
• Review and edit speaker content for alignment with guidelines.
• Provide logistical and presentation support.
• Coordinate online and hybrid class sessions (Zoom).
• Lead for all online/hybrid classes and manage recordings.
• Maintain digital content library and class registrations.
• Train speakers on online and in-class technology.
• Collaborate with internal/external tech partners.
• Support staff, volunteers, and cross-program activities.
