Aufgaben

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract prospective students to online and hybrid degree completion and certificate programs.
• Manage assigned recruitment territories and develop outreach plans to increase program awareness and enrollment.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community colleges, employers, workforce development agencies, and other partners.
• Conduct outreach to prospective students through appointments, calls, email, virtual meetings, and events.
• Represent the institution at community events, college fairs, and employer meetings.
• Develop a pipeline of prospective students through follow-up and communication throughout the admissions process.
• Collaborate with departments to align recruitment initiatives with enrollment goals.
• Identify emerging markets and partnerships to expand access to online and hybrid programs.
